 This boarding contract, Waiver, Liability Release, and Indemnification Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between Amy Scheick Gasaway, Flying Change Farm (referred to as “Stable”) and _______________________ (referred to as “Horse Owner”).

Extract 2 :
I understand all board must be paid monthly in advance. Plane View Farm, LLC (here after referred to as “Stable”) has the right of lien as set forth in the law in the state of Colorado, for the amount due for board and shall have the right, without process of law to retain said horse(s) until the indebtedness is satisfactorily paid in full.
