    • Gender: Select your gender from the dropdown menu.
    • Civil Status: Choose your current civil status from the options provided.

    • Security Question and Answer: Choose a security question and provide a memorable answer for future reference. This helps verify your identity if needed.
    • Password: Create a strong password following the SSS password guidelines (combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters). Remember your password for future logins.
  5. Upload scanned ID (Optional): While not mandatory, uploading a scanned copy of your valid government-issued ID can expedite SSS verification.

  6. Review and Submit: Carefully review all the information you've entered to ensure accuracy. Once satisfied, click the "Submit" button.
